To obtain safe harbour under 17 U.S.C. §512(c), YOU BABY STUDIO L.L.C MUST (i) designate an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office via the DMCA Designated Agent Directory (https://dmca.copyright.gov), (ii) pay the current registration fee, and (iii) keep the designation current. A foreign-incorporated operator is eligible for USCO DMCA agent designation — the fact that YOU BABY STUDIO L.L.C is a UAE company does not disqualify it.

Independently, YOU BABY STUDIO L.L.C is subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and the associated rights-enforcement procedures of the UAE Ministry of Economy. YOU BABY STUDIO L.L.C ("KidsStory") complies with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. §512, and with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. If you believe material accessible on or through [DOMAIN] infringes your copyright, please send a written notice as described below. We will respond expeditiously in accordance with §512(c) or, for UAE-based complaints, within the timelines set by the Ministry of Economy guidelines.

3. Submitting a DMCA takedown notice

A notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) MUST include all of the following or it may be ineffective:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works, a representative list.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (URL, order ID, screenshot).
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

False notices. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

4. Our response

Upon receipt of a compliant notice we will:

1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material.
2. Notify the affected user (the uploader) by email, with a copy of the notice minus your personal contact information unless required by law to include it.
3. Record the notice and our response for internal audit.

5. Counter-notice procedure

If you are the uploader and you believe the material was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if outside the US, for any judicial district where KidsStory may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice we will forward a copy to the original claimant. If the claimant does not notify us of a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we will restore the material.

6. Repeat-infringer policy

As required by 17 U.S.C. §512(i), KidsStory will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We internally count each accepted DMCA takedown as a "strike" and evaluate the pattern of strikes and the severity of each incident.

7. AI-generated content and copyright

The Service produces AI-generated outputs. Under current US guidance from the Copyright Office, AI-generated content without significant human authorship is generally not eligible for copyright. If you believe a specific generated output infringes your copyrighted work, you may still submit a DMCA notice as above — our removal response does not depend on the copyrightability of the generated output.

8. Trademarks, publicity, and other IP claims

Claims that are not copyright claims (for example, trademark infringement, right of publicity, or patent) should be sent to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and will be handled under our general IP-complaint procedure, not under this DMCA Policy.

9. UAE copyright complaints

Rightsholders who prefer to file under UAE law may send a written complaint to [DMCA_AGENT_EMAIL] referencing Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 and identifying the allegedly infringing material. We process such complaints under the same expeditious-removal workflow as §4, and we will file any necessary notice with the UAE Ministry of Economy where required. A duly filed UAE complaint and a DMCA notice are treated as equivalent for the purpose of this Policy; a single notice may invoke both regimes simultaneously.
